Children's Ministry - AWANA

It is the desire of the pastoral staff at Woodside to see every child grow in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, to be mighty in Scripture, and fear the Lord for wisdom and knowledge.

What is AWANA?
AWANA stands for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed”, 2 Timothy 2:15

AWANA, while local-church operated, is also a global, nonprofit ministry committed to the belief that the greatest impact for Christ starts with kids who know, love and serve Him.

How does AWANA fulfill this mission?
Through God’s guidance and power.

For what ages and grades is AWANA?
All children from age 2 through 6th grade are welcome!
Our AWANA Clubs are held on Wednesday nights in the Fall and Spring starting at 7:00 pm.
